How We Get You Back In
- Call or text your address and tell us which door and lock you're locked out of.
- Get your price before we head out. Home lockouts cost $99–$259.
- We check your ID or proof that you live there.
- We open the door using non-destructive methods whenever possible.
- Pay the way you like — cash, cards, Zelle, Apple Pay or check.
Lost Your Keys? Rekey While We're There
If your keys are lost or stolen, anyone who finds them may be able to open your door. Rather than replacing the lock, we can rekey it during the same visit: the lock stays on the door, you get new keys, and the old ones stop working. If the lock is worn or damaged, we can replace it instead.
